A Mall for Fez, Morocco
The city of Fez is adding a modern mall,
Borj Fez, to its landscape. The mall
should be complete in 2013. Available on You Tube at the following link is a

Borj Fes will offer 15 restaurants, over 80 shopping venues, places to gather and talk, and safe places for the kids to play. It advertises everything one would expect from a mall in North America or Europe. Here is further commitment from the city of Fez to increase tourism by enhancing the experience of those visiting the city.

Combined with an improving tourist market, the
mall’s promise as a significant tourist attraction should increase demand in
Fez for Medina boutique hotels as well as private dars and riads. Accordingly,
