We are the first foreign-run property agency in Fez dedicated to the Ancient Medina. Since 2005 Fes Properties has developed a name for customer service as well as something money cannot buy – integrity. Our commitment to the Old City goes beyond simply turning a profit. Rather, keeping our focus on the big picture, we look out for the interest of Fez as a whole while sustaining the value inherent in her singular cultural and historical legacy. To that end we strive to operate, often in Moroccan Arabic, as a cultural bridge between the Seller and Buyer.

Our Fees

Fes Properties strives to equally represent both the Buyer and Seller. We follow the laws and regulations of Morocco which stipulate that we charge both parties 2.5% plus Value Added Tax. We will never discriminate between buyers by adding hidden surcharges or fees in the quoted house price.
